Amor Libri was founded from a desire to help others write good books.

It sounds simple, but after spending a collective 15 years editing a wide variety of content, we understood that there was a significant need in the market for higher quality books - and we wanted to fill it. As avid readers, we saw the good, the bad, and the ugly and knew that we could make a difference for authors who are looking to move forward with purpose and intention in their publishing business while still remaining true to the historically whimsical and soft nature of authorship.

Over the past 5 years, we've seen a deluge of poorly-written and poorly-edited books being thrust upon the market, making it hard for readers to find the stories that will truly resonate with them. As editors, we want to change this the only way we can - by working with authors and publishers dedicated to producing high-quality books.
The team at Amor Libri is made up of individuals who love books, plain and simple. Each editing and marketing project we work on consists of more than just "the work" because we become invested in the author's success and this leads to lasting friendships. As readers, we want to see more good books, and that's exactly what we are doing with our quality-focused editing and marketing services.
You can't hustle creativity
Amor Libri is an agency that will never focus on "maximizing productivity" or "hustling for that cash" because that is simply not who we are. We're a group of burnt-out millennials who love reading and want to see more good books put out into the world. For this reason, we are anti-hustle, which means we set aside dedicated and focused time for each author we work with, and we work until manuscripts and marketing strategies meet our high expectations.

It has become very apparent that books written by AI don't perform as well as books written by actual humans. At Amor Libri, we do not wish to work with people who have used AI to write their books. Because our focus is on high-quality editing and marketing, we promise to never use AI tools to perform editing or marketing content creation tasks.
Equality for All
At Amor Libri, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to publish a book if they want to. In the past, we have worked with authors of color, women authors, and queer authors, ensuring their books were given the same attention to detail as everyone else's since, historically, they haven't been given any attention in this space. We aim to continually uplift and amplify marginalized voices so that the publishing space can finally be "for all authors."
